8. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to Brainco to:

- request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- find out the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request the deletion or destruction of the data where the legal conditions are met,
- request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred are notified of any correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage suffered because of unlawful processing.
